Introduction

Within the LVMH Group, as external contractor, my company Hephaestus plays a key role in ensuring the quality excellence of the DSW China Project — the official WeChat Mini Program for Dior SA. Our mission extends far beyond conventional QA testing, focusing on full-lifecycle data integration, intelligent automation, and search experience optimization.

  • Designed and implemented automated QA workflows using Python, Postman, and Salesforce, ensuring continuous delivery quality across multi-environment deployments.
  • Integrated and harmonized data streams from multiple platforms (HarperDB, Salesforce, and cloud services), reconstructing datasets to create reliable, analytics-ready data tables in the cloud.
  • Optimized search and recommendation systems within the WeChat Mini Program through advanced indexing strategies using Elasticsearch and Algolia, significantly improving user search performance and relevancy.
  • Collaborated closely with the Product Owner and global Dev teams to define sprint scopes, manage all Jira tickets, and coordinate cross-regional communication with the China development team to align technical solutions with business objectives.
